Hello from Deborah the Osteopath,

I hope you’re keeping safe and well? Hopefully we are nearly through another lockdown!

As per the Government guidelines, Osteopaths can still see patients. Hooray I hear you say.

We are all working our way through these changing times and with that in mind and many of you now working from home. Have you noticed that niggle discomfort in your back, neck, shoulders or knees? As our homes are not set up with the correct display screen equipment (DSE) or environment you have probably noticed these more than ever before.  This is where I come in, not only can I help ease your symptoms with treatment but we can also discuss how to make you new work area more ergonomic.

The only thing you need to do make an appointment and bring your mask with you. I have all the rest covered so no need to worry.
